This is an anxiety manifesto to help set out how to manage your mental health and keep you on the path to recovery on good days and bad.
You are not alone.
Your anxiety does not define you.
You are capable of so much more than you think.
Take a step towards your fear every day.
The only way to heal is to move through your fear.
It’s ok to not feel ok.
Learn to embrace uncomfortable feelings.
It doesn’t matter what other people think, it only matters what you think.
Acknowledge the little victories.
Never stop trying.
Be kind to yourself.
You can get better.
You can do this.
Whatever happens, you will be alright.
